Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We ship completely free across all of Hong Kong. No hidden charges whatsoever. Every order is delivered to your doorstep.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We maintain a strict delivery turnaround time. Expect your order at your door within 3 to 4 business days. Nice and swift!
Do you ship outside Hong Kong?
No, we do not offer international shipping at the moment. We currently operate across Hong Kong, completely free of cost.
How do I know when my order is on its way?
Once your order is successfully packed and shipped. We’ll send a tracking link directly to your email the moment your order is out with our logistics partners.
Can I return my shoes if they don't fit?
Don’t worry if you received the wrong size. You can absolutely submit a return request within 30-days from the date of your order delivery.
What if my shoes arrive damaged?
Any damaged delivery is our responsibility. You can have your order replaced easily within 30-days. Just submit a request to our team by visiting our Contact Us page.
Can I return shoes because I changed my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not entertain any requests for product returns due to change of mind. We request every customer to be completely certain about their purchase before proceeding to checkout.
How do I initiate a return?
Submitting a product return request at Aetheluminoria is quite easy. Just message us your order number and reason. Our team will get back to you soon.
How long does a refund take after a return?
After we have successfully inspected your returned product which normally takes up to 24 hours, refunds are immediately processed. It may take up to 5 to 6 business days for the amount to be reflected in the customer’s account.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! Size exchanges are accepted within 30-days provided the shoes remain unworn and undamaged. We try to keep the return process straightforward and easy.
What condition should return shoes be in?
Every customer must return their products in unworn condition with the full packaging intact. Anything outside these conditions won’t qualify for a return.
What payment methods does Aetheluminoria currently accept?
At the moment, Aetheluminoria operates on Cash on Delivery only. Please pay the final amount shown at checkout upon delivery at your doorstep.
